Geography Self-starts & Tests
This upcoming school year we will be learning the names of every country on Earth. After we study each continent student will have a geography quiz where they will be expected to know the names of the countries on that continent.
Everyday students will also have a geography self-start that will be done in class, this packet will be centered around each of the seven continents. Along with the self starts students will be assigned a country to do a mini report on. The mini report should be done on poster paper that I will provide.
Country Mini Report Rubric
In this country report you will be creating a mini poster. Each of you will receive a country that you will base your report on; you must include the name of your country on your poster. You must use proper spelling and grammar. Include any illustration that you think will enhance your poster. Mini report poster must contain the following items, and will be presented to the class.
